 - an even brighter LED display than on previous models (for secure daylight viewing)
 - an improved Analog Turning Indication™ 
 - the addition of a numeric ROT display placed inside the Analog Turning Indicator™ ring. 

The repeater requires 24V DC power and connects to NMEA Serial Data Communication as well as other proprietary data protocols.
